Chryste Gaines
An Olympic Gold Medalist sprinter who compiled a superb international record in relays. Gaines competed at the 1996 and 2000 Olympics, winning gold in the 4x100 in 1996 and bronze in 2000. She also won international 4x1 relay golds at the 1991 Pan American Games, the 1995 and 1997 World Championships, and the 1998 World Cup. Individually Gaines won the 100 metre gold medal at the 1995 Pan American Games and won one USA title in the 100, that in 2001.

Peter is passionate about protecting millions of families. Before Co-Founding Ethos, Peter and Co-Founder Lingke started Ovid Corp, an insurance auction platform that was acquired in 2019. He received his MBA from Stanford University and enjoys spending time with his family and playing chess.
Pastor Dan Vera
Born and raised in the San Jose area. He is a graduate of Southern Arizona Bible College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Christian Ministries. He has been part of the CWC family since 1988, when he came to Manteca to work with his former Youth Pastor, Steve Perea. Since joining Christian Worship Center, Pastor Dan has possessed the anointing to start ministries from nothing and establish lasting fruit as a result. This gift was never more evident than when He and his family left the comforts of Christian Worship Center of Manteca to found and pastor Christian Worship Center of San Jose, in April of 2000.

Jerry Blair is president of the Sammons Life Insurance Group. Jerry joined Sammons Financial Group in 2005 and was promoted to Chief Distribution Officer for the life group in January 2019.
As a member of the life senior leadership team, he was instrumental in redefining the company’s go-to-market strategy for the Midland National and North American business lines. Jerry notes his immediate top priorities are an aggressive focus on product development, expanded distribution, and enhanced customer experience.
